Introduction
into Energy Psychology
A three
hour introduction to the application of various energy techniques,
incorporating tapping (EFT). This is a quick way of understanding
the processes, energy psychology, simple energy tapping, meridian
tapping, and various ways to use
them.It is a light hearted approach to working with dark
negative emotions.
You will need a notebook and pen, and
open mind and a sense of humour!
I will give you
a Introductory DVD, and a CD with a variety of electronic
manuals for your reading.

What are
you weighting for?
Have you
struggled with weight issues all your life? Or perhaps you are battling
to get rid of extra pregnancy weight. Have you tried ALL the diets,
shakes, pills and potions, but just can't make it permanent? If you
have reached the end of your tether, then this workshop is for
you.
We look
at emotional reasons behind the weight gain, uncover your relationship
to food, and will cut down cravings, and get you less resistant to
exercise.
It is a
nine hour workshop, but is divided into three different weeks, to give
your body time to settle in between and uncover any aspects that may
pop up over the course of the workshop.

Due to EFT Founder Gary Craig's recent retirement, the
workshops I will be hosting will not be officially recognised by him or
affiliated with www.emofree.com. They will however, follow his previous
guidelines for the basic Level 1 and Level 2 approved content. In SA
there are not yet any legal requirements regarding EFT, it's training
and implementation. There are some people who are affiliated with the
UK school of thought, which is Meridian training, and Hypnotherapy, but
no formal training is recognised by the EFT founder Gary Craig apart
from his own.
By attending my workshops, you will be given a Certificate of
Attendance only, but it will be left up to your own cognizance as to
what you do with it. I will list you on this website, if I feel you are
a satisfactory EFT practitioner, and will refer you clients when need
be.
Why my workshop?
I have been working solely with energy tapping and EFT since 2001 and
have had hundreds of clients and many positive results. I am so
impressed with tapping, that I have forgone all my other healing
modalities as nothing works as fast and as effectively as tapping. I
trained with Gary Craig in 2005 and attended his Mastering EFT and EFT
for Serious Illnesses workshop in Manchester, England. I have hosted
many various workshops and presented tapping to large groups and
corporate clients. It has also turned me from an exercise-phobic into a
Comrades Marathon Runner and has made a huge difference in my own
personal life. I have a degree in Psychology and Communication, a
Masters degree in Metaphysics and have various other qualifications. I
love to apply humour to working with the 'dark side' and I am a natural
empath, nothing feels so empowering as helping others help
themselves
